I think it's possible to invite people into your already active hoarde game. Just press the Xbox icon in the center on your controller, and invite them from the tabs. I know it pauses the game for everyone else, but at least you are able to invite someone new to fill out your party.

Hey Guys,
It was great playing with you all on Friday, but I have a question. You guys used to post something on Tue/Wed saying what game you were playing on Friday. Why did you stop doing that. I'm asking because I don't have all of the multiplayer games that you guys might play, and will need a couple of days to get some of them from Gamefly. Just wondering if you guys can start posting those again. Thanks.

I used to post something at GCN for every friday night. I got sick of doing it after 2 years so I stopped. Breego has picked it up but with gears of war 2 coming out I think he decided to take a break. I'm sure he will start doing it again when GOW2 gets tired.
